If you wish you can substitute 3 egg whites on any Breakfast Sandwich.3. * All salads come with a free baguette (even the small garden salads), which makes a great balance to the salad if you want to make it a meal. 4. Go for lower fat dressings rather than fat-free to benefit from the healthy fats and avoid added sugars, try Raspberry Vinaigrette, Thai Peanut, Balsamic, or oil and vinegar.5. Smoothies are not a “well-balanced, complete meal”, choose sparingly. – Soups can serve as a complete meal if they include starches, protein, and some fat. If your soup is high in protein but low in carbs, you can add a baguette, or if the soup is low in protein, you can add hard boiled eggs.
